Legent® starts from premium grains, like corn, rye and malted barley, and is aged in select white oak barrels so it can become a traditional bourbon. This is where Fred Noe’s Kentucky bourbon-making skills come into play.
Barrel to Bottle
Next Legent® is finished in different casks, meticulously blended and bottled. None of which would be possible without Shinji’s Fukoyo’s attention to detail. But the journey doesn’t end here.
Bottle to Glass
Equally important to what Fred and Shinji do is account sell-in, bartender recommendations and consumer word of mouth. These are the final steps that take Legent from bottle to glass.
